My Mavs dethroned the Spurs in 2006. They also dethroned the Lakers in 2011. They prevented the possible 3 peat of Superfriends. This all happened in the Dirk era. Give Dirk and the Mavs some props.

True, the Heat can still 2 and 2/3 peat but the Mavs will not be on the hook for it. The Heat are the 1.666 time defending champions. The championship in 2012 was smaller because it was in a 66 game season. The Larry O'Brien trophy they won in 2012 is 2/3 the size of this year's Larry O'Brien trophy.

My Mavs are the last team to eliminate the Heat in the playoffs. They are the only team to eliminate the Heat in the Finals. It only took the Mavs 6 games to finish them. Spurs lost their game 6. Just sayin'.

we just have some kind of giant killer instinct in ourselves imho. We never fear no team and we've defeated quite a number of great teams right in their primes. We were the only team that defeated the spurs in the playoffs during the 05-07 era, and also the first team to beat the Lakers in the playoffs since the 08' finals, just like my Jacob pointed out
teams that we got defeated by, however, were nothing better than Warriors-Hornets-Denver caliber. I believe if we had made the playoffs this year, we would've seriously challenged the Spurs in the west tbh
I don't give a if Superfriends win next year. All I know is that my Mavs will not be on the hook for because they beat this overrated annoying as emo team.
2011 Heat were easily the weakest team of all the Heat teams since LeBron joined.
They still had chemistry issues and no bench.
2011 Heat is nothing to the 2013 team.
