2013 Spurs?

Are the 2012-2013 San Antonio Spurs the best team to not win an NBA Championship? I honestly believe so, with no homerism intended. It just feels like some sort of movie based on a true story, or even a do entary to that of the Fab 5. I still can't believe it. I see things like this occur so often in sports, but I never ever thought it'd happen to my team. WOW.

-I'd argue that those Jazz teams of the late 90's that lost back-to-back les to the Bulls were probably the best.

-The '93 Phoenix Suns team that went 60-20 and lost to Jordan and the Bulls in the Finals is right up there.

-And the 2002 Kings that got screwed by Stern and the refs is there too. I think they would've won the le as well. They won like 62 games that year or something.

-But this Spurs team is right up there. We essentially had it won and coughed it up.

I can honestly say we were the closest any team has ever gotten to hoisting the trophy without acutally winning.

We were closer than that. We had a 3-2 series lead nad were up 5 in the final seconds of game 6.

i think 2012-2013 San Antonio is the best Spurs team ever, from all our teams this one had really unique soul, special heart and great resilience, no one has giving them a chance start of the season, they were on there way to winning the most amazing championship ever won in history, only to found out in that game 6 they are cursed... all of this make it even harder to get over of the loss.
