You're welcome.
Whataburger Restaurants CEO Preston Atkinson said Tuesday that for the first time, the Texas-based burger chain is expanding into the retail condiment business.
Through a partnership with San Antonio-based H-E-B, Whataburger is selling its brand of Fancy Ketchup, y Ketchup and Original Mus in 16- and 20-ounce bottles at H-E-B stores in Texas and Mexico. H-E-B will also begin selling Whatafries, a potato chip version of the French fry, in a 7.4 ounce bag. Original Flavor H-E-B Whatafries will debut this summer on H-E-B snack aisles.
“H-E-B aisles are about to include more Texas favorites,” Atkinson says. “Our condiments have become nearly as popular as our famous burgers, and with so much customer demand to get their hands on our special ketchup and mus in larger quan ies, it was only logical to bottle them up and make them available first through such a well-respected retailer like H-E-B.”
Bottled condiments will not be available for purchase at Whataburger restaurants at this time.
“Working together is a natural fit for H-E-B and Whataburger,” says H-E-B Group Vice President of Grocery Procurement Reade Ahrens. “Both H-E-B and Whataburger are Texas ins utions that have been serving customers for decades, we’re both headquartered in San Antonio and have roots in Corpus Christi, and both our companies are committed to delivering everyday, quality products that families have come to expect.”
Harmon Dobson founded Whataburger in 1950 as a small, roadside burger stand in Corpus Christi. Today, the San Antonio-based company operates more than 740 locations in 10 states with sales of more than $1 billion annually.

I haven't eaten at Whataburger in a few years, too many great burgers in Austin for only a dollar or two more.
This is regarding the condiments, which are the .

and y ketchup for the victory

*edit* And some Bill Miller's Ranch??
I tried the potato chip version of those whatafries.
They were just a thicker version of the piknik brand shoestring sticks in a can.....but worse, imo. Too crunchy and bad aftertaste.
The y ketchup is great though.
Meanwhile the GMO enhanced tomatoes and lettuce will remain on the menu.
Fixed it
That's it, I'm going to ing Salt Grass today.
"EXTRA CRUNCHY" Whataburger Whatafries that are "Too crunchy"?? Who'da thunk?
smh.......
Anyway, I think they're great.
Oh, I didn't see the extra crunchy part.
Still crappy, imo.
