Sorry, but I don't believe in the occult or Satan (obviously) either. I also don't believe in Big Foot, The Loch Mess Monster, El Chupacabra, Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy, etc.
Let them start ing around with the occult and devil worship...they will start calling on god for help in no time. They will find out quick the spirit world does exist...the difference with god is he doesn't manifest himself in such wicked ways.
Sorry, but I don't believe in the occult or Satan (obviously) either. I also don't believe in Big Foot, The Loch Mess Monster, El Chupacabra, Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy, etc.
If they start taking an interest in the occult or worshiping Satan, they're not atheists.
It's when we start seeing people killed over a belief. When we see...In God We Trust...Praise God...I Swear To Go...One Nation Under God...So Help Me God...and millions of places to worship that we have to ask ourselves...how can so many people be wrong?
You are among 3-5% of Americans who don't believe in some superior being, you do know that...right?
Comparing that to fables....come on man. Who worships Bigfoot, how many wars have been fought overr the Tooth Fairy?
You can't have it both ways, got. The majority think The Clash is a good band, so, using your own reasoning, that must be true.
Now here comes the part when you pick and choose when popular opinion matters.
The Clash?
I'm using an example of how Avante only uses majority opinion when it helps his argument.
Actually most music lovers don't even know who The Clash are.
You are in the minority for a reason. Most people don't want to live their life like you do.
Look guy it's real obvious, you weren't raised properly, and that isn't your fault. And I do feel sorry for you and that tiny % others who agree with you. Talk to some intelligent people, get out more. I think you can still rise above your ignorance.
Actually, the number is closer to 20% and is the fastest growing "belief" system.
all I'm saying is that if he wants proof of a spirit world all he gotta do is starting in around with that and he'll have his proof...for the bad...![]()
It's hard to believe that in a country that has sent its men to the moon and machines to the Mars multiple times, the majority of people are still believing in the existence of occult or a God in a heaven. The modern form of God is more like an imaginarily perfect human figure (like my goddess Scarlett), a general belief in rightfulness and humanity. Only good people believe in God these days, which means that God has lost the deterring power towards the thugs. In ancient times people feared getting punished after their deaths, while thugs don't scruple to do crimes nowadays because they know there doesn't exist such a thing like afterlife.
Show me where you got that 20%.
"....in the United States, 73 percent of those polled said they were religious in 2005. In 2012, it declined by 13 percent, to 60 percent.Globally, those claiming to be religious, dropped by 9 percent, while atheism rose by 3 percent."

The more educated the population becomes......
Both sides blind...both think they see something the other one doesn't...
Priceless.
that makes no sense.
Worthless.
More Than 9 in 10 Americans Continue to Believe in God
Professed belief is lower among younger Americans, Easterners, and liberals
by Frank Newport
PRINCETON, NJ -- More than 9 in 10 Americans still say "yes" when asked the basic question "Do you believe in God?"; this is down only slightly from the 1940s, when Gallup first asked this question.
I'm pretty sure there is a direct correlation between how smart people think they are and atheism.
80% of Americans think aliens are real
37% of Americans think haunted houses are real
21% of Americans think witchcraft is real
1 in 4 Americans think we became independent from a country other than England
20% of Americans think the sun revolves around the Earth
9 out of 10 young Americans can't find Afghanistan on a map
100% of your posts are pure gotry
the so-called "science" has encouraged more and more people to start desrespecting the power of mother nature, which's already caused some serious results in recent years, like air populltion, global warming, wild animals dying out etc... but there're still too many phenomena in nature that are beyond the ability of our current scientific knowledge to explain, like how an UFO works, how come the continents are moving towards the north pole rather than southwards, and why the left side of each tire often endures more friction than the other side? I've seen some connections between these phenomena and I can spend a few hours writing an article to explain the whole thing but who's gonna give a ? How long has the duchess been pregant, or who's gonna be the next lucky guy to marry my goddess Scarlett... those are the things that most people are concerned about.
I don't have a doctorate's degree in physics or geology so the scholars wouldn't give me a either, not to say I haven't found any existing theory or knowledge to base my discovery on. Those mother ers are obstinate and venal, they only make a living in the area they "specialize" in just like a cashier or a retailor. Are there any "scientists" who genuinely love the job they do? yes, there're are some, but they're so rare in this society that you must be extremely lucky to come across one or two of them in your life time.
And everyone here thinks....why does Clipper Nation follow Avante around, poor little freak. Why does Avante even talk to him, hmmmm?...out of pity?
Every single state..

what I disrespect most in those "scientists" is their arrogance and their stubbornness. they pretend like they know everything in the nature when the fact is that what they know is only a tip of the iceberg. We're still a light year behind the most advanced civillization of the universe but most of them are just too haughty and arrogant to accept the truth, their denial of the existence of aliens can only be translated as their blind arrogance and the insecurity about their limited knowledge imho
There you go with the No True Scotsman fallacy. So that's three logical fallacies in your first few posts.
Which, even if true, has absolutely no bearing on whether God exists or not. Another logical fallacy. You are in the minority for a reason. Most people don't want to live their life like you do.
I was raised Catholic, got. Nice try.Look guy it's real obvious, you weren't raised properly, and that isn't your fault.
What ignorance? If you are so smart, how come you haven't presented a single shred of evidence for God's existence yet? Where is your evidence? And I do feel sorry for you and that tiny % others who agree with you. Talk to some intelligent people, get out more. I think you can still rise above your ignorance.
I am in the minority. That doesn't mean God exists.
You want there to be some external, objective meaning to go on living. That does not mean a God exists.
Where exactly is your proof for God's existence?
