Kareem: Dwight Howard is a perfect example of the fact that "potential has a shelf life." Laker fans should be patient and allow Mitch & company to prepare themselves to do some serious work in the free agent market.

Listen man...I was dreaming of Dwight coming to LA since 2009....unless that has some sort of break through year in 2013-14 I just dont see his game developing much. Since 2009-2010 Lebron, Durant have gone to the NEXT level. Dwight has actually taken 2 steps backwards. I know Houston fans have a 12 o clock boner just like we did, but they'll see he can't win games for you in that 4th quarter.
It's extremely frustrating to watch a big man like him with stone hands, on an average 1 out of 2 times when he touches the ball he turns it over. Don't get me wrong, I'd love him on my team, but NOT for a max contract. Either way, Id be very happy if I was a Rocket fan...no hate here.
I think when CAP washes his hands of you..you're done
Now you're talking that Thread language...whats CAP exactly?
I will give you a pass this time...however you do have a homework assignment...

Kareem salty too... somebody tell the guy there's a $30m contract putting all this "free agent" magic on hold...
Damn, Lew dropped the hammer. That's some real though.
Kareems nickname is the Captain...never heard of him being called CAP....maybe CAPT would have given it away. I thought you were referencing to the cap space situation :-D
He's known as CAP and has been for decades
On Laker boards we called him Cap'n or Captain or Captain skyhook. Dis be your language h
Will we hear about every ex laker take on Dwight??? I wanna hear that rick foxs take!! No no how about Vlades take.
Salty mfers tbh
He's the saltiest of them all, tbh...
When a center is under 7 feet and relies on only physical prowess, there is no potential left after their physical prime. Nobody realistically believed Dwight will be the 25/15/3 player he looked like he would become at one point in his career after he entered the later half of his 20s and did not develop any technical skill.
He will have a better season because he will be healthier, but it will be an underwhelming season for him when compared to his Orlando days. His physical peak is past him, with no fundamentals, his prime will be as well in short time.
Textbook example of why every Laker great should be taken with a grain of salt. You guys are whiny buster ass ES!!!! (imo, tbh, fwiw, icymi, etc)
And you ed up. You had 5 in your possession, and you ed up.
Come here, mother er, I'm gonna wear your ass out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reminiscent of how Kirby was thisclose to eventually coattail-riding his way to #6, tying Jordan with Horry in his crosshairs, but 39 stopped that before it really got started....
Sure...6
Yes, 6 is indeed when 39 happened, tbh![]()
