what exactly did those guys do to incite a riot? wearing a shirt with N!GGER on it is not a valid answer. there's a million offensive t-shirts out there. a t-shirt in no way, shape, or form is capable of inciting a riot. they need to physically or verbally do something besides just standing there minding their own business.
they didn't incite the riot, they attempted to. if they wouldn't have been cowards and chose to wear those t-shirts in south central LA during a protest/rally, would have gotten ugly and riots would have ensued.
It can be argued they're there to agitate, but to incite a riot is a bit of a stretch. But what's sad is that they had nothing better to do with their time.
To answer the black man's question (in the vid)...no, that's not inciting a riot. Dumb for sure, but well within his rights.
