See my post above. That CD is out of print and retailing for over $40 at the few stores that have it -- I got in on eBay for less. Got several like that and limited reissues from Japan and Mosaic Records. Some have appreciated quite a bit over the years and if I ever sold them I could truthfully say I only played them once.
