I hope he's more concerned with ball handling/finishing off the dribble than changing his jersey number.
Since Neal is officially gone, Danny Green's old number 14 is now available. Anybody think we could see him making a switch?

He's had good luck and got his first nice contract wearing #4 with the spurs.

I would think the #4 he donned when he became the most prolific 3 point shooter in NBA Finals history would win out. Just saying.
That number means a lot to him and his hometown, I thought about the number change numerous times last season when I realized that re-signing Neal was doubtful.
Why? It seems to me he established a new playoff 3 point record while wearing this number, so it is good luck.
He also turned into a disappearing act with that number, so what's the difference.
. Guess so.

Green has been wearing #4 since when he was playing in Cleveland if I remember correct. #14 seems just as strange and awkward to this guy as dribbling, slashing... anything outside of shooting 3's
