It's like a with two monster boobs... not sexy at all.
Just had them removed. Crazy. Could hardly believe what I was seeing when they took them from the operating table and placed them on a cart to wheel them out.
why were his balls so big?
Some type of infection that caused lymphedema. I think they said his balls were adding like 3lbs per month. Hurt me just watching the dude lug them around.

I just saw it. That was horrifying.
I remember that guy getting interviewed on Howard Stern a couple of years ago trying to get funding for his surgery. Cool that it worked out.
