I'd say Lakers vs Spurs, since 2003 Lakers and Spurs met 4 times in the playoffs with Spurs winning 2 and Lakers winning 2.

Celtics vs Lakers would be bigger but they only met twice in the playoffs, tbh.

Mavs and Spurs rivary wins by longevity imho. They were two of the only 3 or 4 teams around the whole league who hadn't missed the playoffs in a single year from the turn of the century until 2013, and they were based in the same division and the same state.

    ^ This.

Plus, Ray Allen burying that 3 put an interesting twist on the C's/Heat rivalry.

Toss up between Mavs Spurs and Lakers Spurs.

I think Mavs Spurs generally had more compe ive series, but what made the Lakers Spurs rivalry so fierce were all the championships were being won by one of those two teams usually.

Actually its Shaq 4, Spurs 2. See, whenever Kobe took more shots than Shaq they lost. See 2003 Series and 2004 Finals. Kobe was just the waterboy.much like he is now.

LMAO...even the commentators talk about the Lakers as the One Man Gang, meaning Shaq...they already knew who was Batman.

    Spurs-Mavs, easily, tbh..

Genuine hatred between players(Bowen, Ginobili, Finley, Terry, Najera, Stackhouse, etc), arguably the best series of the post-Jordan era in 2006, arguably the best individual dual of this era(Duncan-Dirk '06), arguably the best game 7 of this era, geographical reasons, perennial contenders, etc..

Lakers-Celtics was all hype, tbh, there was minimal tension and hatred between players..

Lakers-Spurs was never too intense, and only '04 was closely contested, tbh..

The Paki Canadian Bandwagon fan is somewhat right.

Lakers-Celtics is the biggest rivalry in NBA HISTORY. And players hated each other....Ron and Perice, KG and pau....yeah

Lakers-Spurs is the only reason this NBA forum still lives you idiot. We have more laker troll than any other sports forum.
