Sopranos?
It's hard since BB is pretty unique and the concept's never been done before.
Bad Girls Club
A show about selling drugs and all the loose ends that go with it. The suspense and unpredictability of the show.
Weeds...Hard Cash (movie)
Have you seen "24"? I never have but I have the impression it may be similar in the suspense.
Haven't seen it. Will see what I can find on tv, netflix, and youtube.
What about Weeds? Not sure of the complete plot, but IIRC correctly it's somewhat similiar, and I've heard good things.
The Wire if you want a detailed look at the drug trade on the east coast.

I feel The Wire is nothing like Breaking Bad. The Wire doesn't have those "The suspense is killing me!" moments, but is far more real and a better show, to me.
Pretty much agree. The Wire is probably the best TV series I've ever seen, but not really that similar to Breaking Bad in terms of tone.
Don't watch weeds.
