Jack is studying Muay Thai now in Cali. It is an awesome workout and it is very effective in self defense. Congrats to Jack for changing his life!
I'm not one to criticise on other peoples weight but I say it's about damn time...I remember seeing that episode of the Osbournes where they hired a personal trainer for Jack.
It was embarrassing seeing him trying to work out...pathetic actually.
If I could afford a personal trainer, I'd be doing everything they told me.
