lived in converse for a bit and there were a few black folks around but mostly Mexican in our neighborhood. Never had an issue with any of the black people but damn those Mexicans love to sing on their back porch to their polka-esque music till 4am in the morning regardless of what day it is. One of the black families you can tell got a lil hood in them but they act pretty civilized. They just talk loud when outside.
