kneel down for the king!
"He went into overtime and told us, 'Sorry for the fourth quarter, guys,'" said Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard, who had 23 points. "He then knocked down a few big-time shots in overtime to keep us in the game."
speechless
we are not worthy
kneel down for the king!
He could easily play for a few more seasons and still be damn good.
GOAT
Skip Bayless said Duncan let the Clippers back in the game and that Hack-A-Jordan worked once again... I knew the players would get the blame if the Spurs had lost...
The goat turns 39 in 3 days and he's still carrying scrubs, per par![]()
It's what a franchise player does. He takes responsibility for miscues and bad plays and then takes over to rectify the situation. TDs remarks and at ude were an important lesson for Kwahi to absorb as the inheritor of the role.
GOAT doing GOAT things tbh
It just wasn't Duncan. I was going over in my mind who missed lay ups/3ft baby hooks late in the game. It was 8 total I remembered. Diaw missed 4, Duncan missed 2, Kawhi missed 1 and Beli missed an open layup. Beli did hit that crazy fall away shot a minute later to redeem himself.
But Diaw was like FINALLY when he finally did hit one after missing those 4 in a row.
But Patty came through with his lucky charms.

I wonder if Manu said sorry for the game guys before game 6 OT started...
Duncan is otherworldly.
That was blame on Manu, Tony, and Kawhi for that.
Nah. He was waiting until after he hosed up 7 to go along with 1 and 2 so he could apologize in bulk format.
Surely you remember him staggering around like a drunk, tripping over himself, and losing the ball...
And people think TD should take some massive paycut. The guy is still playing lights out.
When people talk about the impact of positive leadership in the NBA history, they should talk about Tim Duncan. Nobody else, The Best.
he better be
said it was his worse 4 quarter ever
Parker has yet to apologize
