Same "culture shock" HWSNBN went through when he got traded. I feel sorry for Choo though, I can only imagine how terrible a locker room run by Larry Drew must be.
Neal's bank account probably doesn't miss the Spurs though.
Quoted after last night's loss to Bobcats
"I don't think it's a leadership void. Not taking anything away from anybody in this locker room -- everybody's a professional and everybody's extremely talented -- but there aren't any Tim Duncan's orTony Parker's in this locker room. You're talking about Hall of Fame players. We don't have that. We have to do it collectively as a group, and when you're doing it collectively as a group there are certain things you can't miss. You can't come into a game with no energy. It just doesn't work that way."

Not sure how a feel about Neal not being on the team anymore. I loved some parts of his game, but hated others. He had some flaws, but tried to do the best he could out there, just couldn't overcome his limitations on the defensive end of the floor.
Good luck to him, he played hard for the Spurs.
lol he's just sad because Buckfan hates his nonstop chucking
I like Gary Neal. Glad he got his money.
Can't hate on Neal. Helped us win quite a few games when he was here.
Gary with the subtle good I forgot to mention Manu
Guy made a lot of big shots for the Spurs, so good luck to him. It's unfortunate for Neal that his agent wasn't a better judge of Gary's market value. Otherwise, he could still be a Spur.
I like Gary too. Like George, I wish him only the best.
He got his $6.5 million and an opportunity to put up stats on a bad team.
He got his money, but its still sad to go from the Spurs to the Bucks.
At least for Blair, he went to a decent team.
Also missing our offense. His killing it from 3 shooting 49%, but shooting under 33% from 2.
did he really shot 4-11 and he's ing about leadership?
I don't think he's ing about leadership. I think he's coming to the slow realization of how good he had it while with the Spurs.
^^^^ This.
What about Blair?
Don't get me wrong, love Gary. But yeah, that's kind of a given when you move to a bottom feeder, tbh
Glad he is gone. Spurs is SO much better without him.
9 pts on 11 shots
Glad he got his money for the efforts he put in while with the Spurs and so far glad we have Belinelli instead. Can't argue with sleepwalking to 12-1 start with home and away domination wins over Memphis.
He got his money and the spurs are 12-1. Everyone is happy now.
blair is on the bubble of averaging a double double ......................
I hope for the best for Neal. But can't say I miss him.
