Son Shaq was not just an all star, he was the NBA's best player.
Oh and BTW Lebron>>>Kobe.
Kobe= 1 Allstar per Championship
Duncan= 2-3 Allstars per Championships
Lebron= Wade, Bosh, Allen, Beasley, Oden, SMH...

I'm still trying to figure out what 2-3 all stars were for Duncan's championships in 2003 and 2005.
2005 he had 1 and that was Manu Ginobili.
Kenny smith only needed an Allstar to win a championship.
I get your point, but putting Kobe in this discussion instead of Shaq...![]()
How many HOF does Kobe need to get swept in the first round?
Kirby - Shaq, top 10 all-time player
Duncan - 0 top 10 all-time players
Lebron - 0 top 10 all-time players
Since we are on counting lottery picks for Lebron, we should do the same for Duncan and Kobe.

thats like saying "kobe couldn't win with #1 overall pick Kwame what a player"
Tim Duncan's 2003 le is the most impressive. He had literally no great players on his team. Parker and Ginobili were still raw, Jax was decent.
Kobe once had 3 future HOF'ers playing with him yet still failed to win the ship. Likes of Manu and Parker are just glorified role players who've been made all-stars by Spurs system and Pop's wisdom imho.
