Yet not a single post up play was seen that day...
Brick-brick-brick.....
He's a spot-up shooter that can't shoot in the Parker system, unfortunately..
Parker hero ball and Kawhi is 1/8 shooting.

the issue is not touches..The issue here is Pop's and Parker unwillingness to deviate from the system when you need to....He's getting shoots, but he is forced to to completely rely on an outside game..Not a great dribbler, Ok midrange jump-shoot, weak Chemistry with splitter...he's not going to score this way.
Did Pop just forget that Kawhi exploded in the playoffs because he played him the right way? Is he just waiting for the playoffs to start playing him that way again? Cause I would think the RS is a great way to build his confidence going into the playoffs...But not like this...
this Is on POP and Parker IMO
leonard's got to be smarter when he attacks with the ball, but regardless, pop has to got to call more plays for him. leonard could be a monster in the low post. all i know is, he's never going to be the future of the franchise if pop makes him just a small piece of his well-oiled machine.
Frankly all this talk from POP wanting to give Kawhi touches is as genuine as him calling George hill his favorite player. Pop will rely on his system and Parker, he will almost never deviate from it in the RS no matter what happens but he will change things up in the play-offs but only if he's desperate..A stubborn old man.
You won't do a thread on the same subject every game:
