Very much looking forward to this one. There are few actors I find as enjoyable as Matthew McConaughey in full blown, scenery chewing, wacko mode.
Anyone that doubts Mcconaughey acting, needs to see him in The Paperboy. He delivers such a strong performance, you instantly forget it's the same actor from Dazed and Confused.
He's a ty actor.
I get why the ladies dig him or whatever but he's severely overrated. Sorry.

There's a shot in the trailer (quick flash of DiCaprio screaming into a microphone, second time) where Leo looks so much like coked up Liotta playing coked up Henry Hill it's ing uncanny.

Just saw it. Overall good movie, but not as good as I was expecting.
Oh and holy at what they are getting away with in R rated movies these days. At least a fourth of the movie was like watching soft core porn. They definitely pushed the limits with this one.

son real talk.... since I listed 8 Leo films above and you claimed that all but ONE of them is " ", please list 7 films by ONE actor that is better than those that you claim are . oh and make it within the time frame of say since the year 2000.
my point isn't that Leo is the best actor working right now or anything like that (because he certainly isn't), but to make a statement as strong as yours that those 7 films were " " is completely absurd. okay maybe one, two, or three of them you didn't like ... but " " ??? lol .... give me a list of 7 films from an actor or actress from the year 2000 on that are better than those listed above.
Lefty's just hating because his idol Christian Bale can't make good movies that are not Batman.
