Did your dad get you the job? If so, does he own the company and if he doesn't, how did you manage to actually get the job? Did you have to drop his name or was he pulling strings for you?
It kinda sucks for one to work with his/her dad imho. My dad asked me to join his company to work with him quite a few times during the one and a half years span when I was... well, unemployed, but I declined him each and every time because it'd feel very strange to work in a company where your dad or mom is employed. You would feel as if it was a playground where you could bungle your job because your parents would cover your ass should anything go wrong, when it is NOT.
