Watched Barry Sanders run up and down this field many times. I can remember thinking it was such an amazing venue when I was a kid watching on TV.

Depends on what era you are from. The Astrodome is not impressive today, but when it was built it was one of the greatest stadiums of it's kind.

Same goes with the Silverdome. In the 90's is was one of the best venues in the league.
