Over in the RBS forum there's been discussion about soy, but does anyone know where I can get the soybeans here in town to make edamame? Whole Foods perhaps?

Walmart sometimes has them in the same area as the carrots and such.

I don't eat such things but I've been told by someone who does that the HEB brand Organics line in the frozen section is the best edamame there is.

Hit the oriental food stores. My favorite is Tim's Oriental Market on Bandera (close to Huebner).

A little salt and boiled water and they are good to go.
