so what's the question?
If one were to be sitting/standing in an elevator, and for whatever reason they pulled their pants down, jumped up in the air, and pooped. As soon as they pooped the elevator's cord snapped and the elevator fell toward the earth with the velocity of gravity. The feces is also falling in relative unity w/ the elevator since (by Gallileo's tower experiment) we know that the velocity is independent of a particle's inertial/gravitational mass.
So far we know
1)the poop seems to be 'at rest' since it is falling at the exact same speed as the elevator
2) the guy who jumped in the air and pooped is also falling at the same rate
to an imaginary inside observer in this CS, relative uniform motion is finally achieved and Newton would be jerking off in his grave.
to an outside observer, you see a ing dumbass who is plummeting to his death with his pants down. Before the elevator and poop crash into the earth killing the idiot inside and destroyign the experiment, somebody who lived his whole life in this elevator believes that the poop was at rest the entire time and that uniform motion was achieved.
so what's the question?
