A 12-year-old schoolboy who raped his seven-year-old sister after he watched hardcore porn on the internet has walked free from court.
Social workers will now work with the youngster to return him to the family home in the coming months.
Blackburn Youth Court heard the boy had viewed pornography in the company of his friends before he gained ''a desire to try it out''.
He committed a number of sexual offences against his sister between March and May last year but the matters did not come to light until last autumn.
The boy, now aged 13, pleaded guilty to one count of rape, two counts of indecent assault and one count of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

This is the norm when working with CPS. I have a friend who used to be an officer with them and a lot of cases (worse than this one) never make it out to the media. One particular case involved a meth addicted who had 3 kids(two boys and a girl, ages 10,8,7). This would neglect them and leave them by themselves alone while she took off to ho around and make crack/meth money. The kids stayed by themselves watching porn all day long. The 10 year old ended up raping his younger brother and sister because they were trying to mimic what they saw on the porn video. The 7 year old girl already knew how to masterbate because she saw "how those girls did it". It makes me sick that my tax dollars funds the welfare that causes these stupid young girls to live like this and breed like rabbits.
