I don't gamble and drink at the same time--gotta focus whilst throwing my money around. Though I'm not a huge gambler like some people portray on the board, but I do spend a little on the whim of luck and whatnot. This guy is screwed out 500k that's for sure!

I couldn't have said it better myself.Suing someone for letting you gamble while drunk kind of feels like suing someone for eat while you're hungry.
There is a law on the books that states a casino cannot allow a person to gamble if they know that person to be intoxicated.
pretty sure theres plenty cases like this precedent already, he will lose man...
If the Dude has enough money to sue after loosing 500k then I don't feel all that bad for him.
