    His first name is so good that he doesn't need a nickname. Guys like The Admiral and The Mailman had to add ones because of pedestrian first names. Though they're both better than Earvin.

    "Kingslayer" is a bit medieval but let's be honest, he went medieval on the Heat in games 3 and 4. That dunk attempt on Cuckoo was just plain disrespectful.

    Shaks nickname for him grows on me more and more, and it usually sticks when he nicknames someone such as TD being the big fundamental. Sugar K, while not very creative, has a nice ring to it, and I bet it sticks.

    The Hand. It's gotta be. Fits him perfectly, it's topical with the Game of Thrones run, the Spurs players seem to have embraced it. Just like Payton was "the glove" on D. Kawhi is like a larger, much better tempered version of Gary.
