What's with today's coaches and their adjustments in games? Rick Carlisle seems to be the only coach who's still able to make adjustments during games to stop the bleeding. A lot of the other coaches (Pop, Brooks, Vogel, Stotts) literally quit when down 15.

In the 90's, players more than the coaches would will their teams back in games but today's players are clueless and look at coaches to bail them out. No wonder a half dozen coaches get fired every year.

It's good that the majority of the coaches are overpaid.

Vogel is the only one to blame for his team not advancing to the Finals

    - his defense is ing re ed; let Lebron score 60 pts 1 on 1, if that means not leaving the 3 pt shooters open in the corner. Miami is deadly with that basic setup; but Vogel has never heard of scouting reports apparently
    - no grip on his players; Lance PG and GH, play heroball whenever they want to, sometimes ignoring Hibbert on the post even when Chalmers is guarding him
    - His locker room is a mess... team imploding because of some ... are you ing serious?

Sure, his players are mental midgets, but Vigel should go

Pop has superior ability to anyone else in that regard he just doesn't wanna waste his bandages on ed-up ones who're bound to die. We could've made a serious comeback push during the last 1.5 quarters of game 4 and drawn a close game, but still refs would give OKC the win and Pop knew it, so he decided not to waste any efforts on game 4 but to preserve the energy for the crucial game 5
