I suspect with the anticipated need for future jobs, businesses have come together to create an overage of qualified programmers, so they can pay less in future wages. Still, it may be a good thing.

it doesn't matter if it's free...my mind is not wired to learn like that....maybe after 10 yrs of intense non-stop training I'd finally get Visual Basic ....
