Where does his legacy now stand?
Will you even remember Anthony 20 years down the line, unlike Paul Pierce?

This generation's Nique, tbh....
what legacyhe's a a sixth man on a ty play off team at best.. will never be a top 50 player in the league. He understands that well at this point, so he has settled into a money making role.
Discussing legacies is stupid, tbh, it's all subjective and depends on what you value from a player..
Well, will you remember him down the line? Or is he another Vince Carter
I'll always remember him because I'm a hardcore fan, but if you're asking whether he's irrelevant in the grand scheme, then yes, Carmelo is irrelevant, he'll be remembered like Bernard King and others of that nature..
Vince Carter is the greatest dunker of all-time and he has a cult following, he will always be remembered, so I don't think Carmelo even compares to him..
Gotcha. Ya I was big into Vince Carter (along with Grant Hill/Iverson) after MJ retired. I can relate
At worst play in some NBA Finals
No, Fatmelo and the knee-less wonder would have been a first-round exit waiting to happen....
Ya, at least those guys(Carter, Iverson, even McGrady) were still entertaining and memorable, despite being career losers..
Carmelo has no intention of winning, nor is his style of play appealing, he's just an irrelevant player..as a fan of basketball, I was hoping he would join the Bulls..
Maybe this year, but he'll lose to the cavs every other year
OP is a smudge bit mad Melo didn't join the Bulls tbh lol
Do you think he's still riding that Syracuse le? He is still referenced as "one of the greatest single seasons" in CBB History [Don't fully agree with]. And with ESPN owning the rights to both NBA & CBB, they sway public opinion
Not unless Kevin Love ends up in Cleveland
It's our job to call out players/people for being liars. He stated he cared about winning which was a flat out lie
I'll always remember Melo for his championship at Syracuse
Melo, Napier, Laettner, Cleaves, Edney, O'Bannon
Legends

Thats because he's a re ed face and let Phil him over. He gave all the leverage back to Phil by playing this little delay game to make a decision. ...he tells all his suitors one by one that he's not interested and so they all commit to other players leaving NY as the only game in town. .because he overplayed his hand Phil could have offered his dumbass 90 mil and he would have been forced to accept it...dude is a moron.
Greedy pussy.
He's a high class ho thats fasho
