I have this guy working for me. He has a good position in the company, a good salary but dude is a weirdo. I'm not sure how to describe him, really a socially bizarre guy... a bit like xmas1997 if you know what I mean.
He is in his own world, he is saying a bunch of stuff that does not make sense like "wow really you are discussing escort girl while ISIS is preparing a terrorist attack ? you should call your congressman instead"
My guy would typically say that.
So this morning at the coffee machine we were comenting a bit on this guy, I said something like "he is really a peculiar dude" then a colleague said you mean dude is autist... I was like wtf ? and the colleague to continue argumenting there are several level of autism but clearly our weirdo is suffering from light autism. He has weird social interraction, he is in his own world, he doesn't realize how odd he can be, check him out he has some repe ive behavior etc...

Do you work, hang out with people with peculiar personality ? Did you ever wonder if this people is maybe suffering from light autism ? Would this change the way you see him/her ?

At least he is a good employee. Did you hire him or was it your manager? His slightly off behavior would be a red flag for potentially going postal in the future.
He was already in function when I arrived. Dude is doing a good work but yes getting a promotion with more responsability and exposure is gonna be a problem.
except he does not work in France, he is Brazilian and works in Brazil... good try tho
