food wise I prefer Hooters, but I enjoy the scenery of any of these establishments. Austin has this new one called Bombs s, need to check that out as well.

I never thought the food at Hooters was very good, but it actually was at the last GTG.
Don't know anything about Twin Peaks.
damn. i hear it's owned by Rick's, which I've enjoyed going there before, almost paid extra to finger a but ended up shekelsteining her. I was thinking Rick's would carry over some of the hotties, but I don't doubt their service is terrible. maybe in time it will get better but perhaps not.

FWIW this article claims the Twin Peaks girls are dressed much racier.
I don't see from the pics Ive seen.
Also claims the food is much better and bigger menu.

Based on what i have seen in person at Hoots and Tilted Kilt, the chicks are about the same. We don't have a Twin Peaks but from the photos so far, -advantage Hoots and Kilt. Also wtf is he talking about the Twin Peaks uniforms are more revealing the Hoots? Bullcrap.

Ice cold beer isn't worth bragging about unless you're selling that doesn't taste like anything to begin with.
