Antonio Daniels just called him "little dude." Now asking him about Danny Ferry.
Can't even remember the last time I heard him on the radio.

Thanks for posting. That was longest interview with Duncan that I can remember. Great stuff!
Ferry's not a racist.
He's a little tired of the retirement questions.
He continues to play because he loves it and he knows that he'll never be able to do anything else at that elite level after basketball.
Says he doesn't know what he'll do after basketball except for his car shop, but he can imagine some role with the Spurs in the future.
If you missed it.

That's a great interview. Surprised why AD wasn't in the ATT during the celebration.

With Tim's quiet demeanor and behind-the-curtain lifestyle, I always assumed that he would disappear quietly into the shadows after he retired and enjoy this private life. IIRC, this is the first I've heard him mention any plans regarding the organization afterwards.
Obviously, I would love to have the franchise's greatest player stay around for absolutely as long as possible, in whatever capacity.
of an interview - haven't heard Tim be so candid on so many subjects.
Helps that his best friend is interviewing him. I do think Duncan's been looser since his divorce. Vanessa seems pretty good for him so far.
Is that the first time in public that he's mentioned his girlfriend?
"Are you ready for the season?"
"No."

Asked who is the greatest Spur of all time?
He said David..
"you played for the Spurs?"![]()
that had me going too
Great interview!
Pop should rest him an extra month, imo. Just till he gets his legs back tbh
After having a good chance to listen to the interview...
Tim Duncan is ing awesome.
Count your blessings, San Antonio.
The last photo I saw of him a few days or so ago, it seems like he's put on some weight since the WC. Maybe it's the photo and he hasn't put on more weight, but if he has, then I think needs training camp to get in shape and lose some of that weight.
If I remember correctly Antonio was Timmys best friend for a long stretch of his career.
Thanks!
Nice, throughout the interview, he joked and seemed very comfortable.
