can't wait tbh, when I watched Independence day 1 for the first time as a child I was literally moved to tears. I've even written a Lunar Goddess poem led "the independence day"

Goldblum is one of the few bright spots. Randy Quaid and Harvey Fierstein also elevated this . Will Smith's schtick and crying sucks as well. I never liked the original, saw it once in a theater and that was enough, felt like a multicultural Pepsi commercial.
I did like Goldblum in independence day... though i'm a huge fan of almost every one of these intense 90's action movies

I loved the first movie but then Will Smith kept being Will Smith 100 movies later, now when i see ID4 I just want to cut Will's giant nose off

Goldblum is garbage. His pensive expressions are re ed, those strained mannerisms and his off beat cadence isn't anything of note. Most often he reveals his attempt to be the character as opposed to just being IMO.

He's generally great as a character actor and doesn't have to carry something.
Actually I find him to be so talentless its funny watching him in these films. He was really good in Jurassic Park, but not much else.
