1 is face. Always has been, always will be. If you have a good face and you're not obese, you get attention from women. They don't see 6 pack abs when it's dim and you're out at the club or when you say hi to someone in the street.

It IS bull that you need to lift 7x a week to get ripped. One day of arms, legs, and back per week will get you there, perhaps not as fast but with less stress on your body and lower chance for injury.
Guys who sit in a gym for 3 hours a night pumping rep after rep are going as much harm as good. Good diet + cardio + steady weightlifting routine is all you need.
kind of true tbh if you're building muscle and not losing weight. when you lift or exercise, your muscles are being ripped apart and broken down. you need time for them to heal, so lots of rest and eating enough to facilitate the process is almost more important than working out. right now i'm bulking and only lifted 1-2 a week, and i'm getting just as good if not better results than if i were in the gym 2-3 times a week. get in there, do your in less than an hour without walking around looking clueless, get out and eat.
