Viral meningitis. Start with a CT scan, get blood work, full rectal exam, biopsy the liver and spleen, get me an MRI of the chest, EKG and a cup of coffee.
Rhabdo secondary to Salmonellosis. That ty Afghan food I tell ya.
Rhabdo was one of my d/d at first too, but homeboy was positive for malaria.
