I might go tonight if some of my other friends are going. But if not I will go tomorrow. I am a beer guy, so that's mostly why I go. The food upsets my stomach since it's all mostly fried . I do like the roasted corn tho..

We are thinking about going on Saturday, I just hate having to find a DD - because I'm usually a few beers too deep to drive back to Austin after partaking. I agree with DPG on the fried foods, but I always enjoy some Bratwurst. Bring cash, wear a funny hat, get drunk, enjoy people watching, it's always a good time! Oh yes, and try a kartoffelpuffer if you can (lines are usually long for this one). It's a fried hash brown, dipped in apple sauce. Sounds weird, but give it shot!

Is that the potatoe pancake? If so, I went to the Fredericksburg Octoberfest and had them and those are amazing! Fredericksburg had an unbelievable beer selection. I was floored at the amount of quality beers they had.

I can't go on Sunday's I get hungover after 2 beers now so if I drink I need a full day of recovery.

Ya - I saw the list. It's nothing compared to the Fredericksburg one. For someone like you that likes beer, I would definitely recommend going next year. Beautiful drive out to Fred and it's a cool event with the great beer selection.
