Berlin Wall Lit Up by 8,000 Luminous Balloons for 25th Anniversary

The wall goes up tonight (7th November). On 9th November at 7pm, volunteers will untie the balloons from their stands and attach personal notes to their strings, before releasing the balloons into the sky.
