    MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Grizzlies center Marc Gasol has a bone bruise in his right knee and is questionable for Friday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
    The Grizzlies announced the injury update Thursday.
    Gasol hurt his knee Wednesday night in a 105-96 loss at Houston, and he wound up tying his season-low with eight points. He had an MRI exam on Thursday.
    He is leading the Grizzlies, scoring 19.4 points per game and averaging eight rebounds a game.
    The Grizzlies have the second-best record in the NBA at 15-3.

    Eh...you think the defending Champs are lacking confidence right now? Not sure about that but beating a full strength Memphis team would be a good win, especially when the Spurs are missing two big components.

    The defending champs obviously don't lack confidence. But it wouldn't hurt to get a little more. Case in point: the recent win in Cleveland was hailed team-wide as a "big win" that propelled us to an 8-game winning streak.
