It's actually been shown statistically that blacks and latinos across every socioeconomic category score lower on grades and SATs than whites and Asians, as well as averaging 85 iq as opposed to 102 for american whites. Before you say "but muh culture" it doesn't stop the Asians even those who aren't raised here. being realistic about race is just being honest to yourself and to society. There are exceptional examples of each race and that's what everyone should aspire to be.

The system is set up to benefit people who have the resources and background, and minorities like Latinos and blacks are, I general, not those people
Before you go talk about Obama or other successful minorities, look at their background first, and look at their claim to fame.
