I don't care how much Kawhi makes, the problem is that he sure does about the FO in SA not valuing him as a max player when he should be. You've had cord strung in your vag, and are completely misinterpreting my posts.
Also your argument isn't completely right, as the biggest critic of Houston's FO, its not that they just overvalue big names...its that they undervalue depth, veteran leadership, and coaching GREATLY. That goes on that got of an owner Les, he inherited a championship roster and hasn't done crap since. , he fired Adelman just because he had the balls to stand upto him, and gave Mchale and extension 30 games in for being a "yes" man.
Monta may still shoot your team out of the game once in a while though. Every player has strength and weakness but a good coach can always make the most of the good side while minimizing the other. Carlisle surely deserves credit but I don't think he's turned anyone into something completely different from what he used to be. Say, if you throw Diaw back to Bobcats (Hornets) or Ellis back to the Bucks they'd be trash again tbh.

Overvaluing big names goes hand in hand with undervaluing role guys. You cannot overvalue part of the team and value the rest where they should be. That wouldn't make sense.

Fatass Deron ed us just as much as he did Brooklyn. Cuban let TC walk to make room for his Triple D pipedream, which turned out to be a horrible mistake because otherwise we would've rang another one or even two times from 12 to 14. We dodged a huge bullet not signing Deron though.
