How many Superfoods do you eat a day?
    How many C1 Superfoods?
    How many L2s?

I find it pretty easy to incorporate 7-10 per day into some easy to fix meals.

I will buy a bag of that at my next Costco visit. As far as pecans go, I know all about them. I had 12 pecan trees in my yard growing up. I've never really liked any nuts because they taste like wood to me. I've only recently decided that I like peanuts and cashews, but those aren't really nuts though, they're legumes.

Pistachios are good also. But, if I'm eating a salad, I'll throw on some walnuts or pecans.

Well it is tough, because birds are jerkfaces. I also hate them because they won't share my peaches, my oranges, my lemons, or my limes.

Do you have a whirly stop on your property? Best thing there is for keeping out the birds.

It's a big blade that spins on a vertical pole mounted in the center. It's usually 50' - 75' in length. The pole is adjustable. You set the pole so that the blade is about 5' over the highest point in your crop or 5' over your head, whichever is higher. You can adjust how fast it spins and you can even set it up to go off periodically. Like every 10 minutes or so. It keeps the birds off your crop. or lawn or whatever you are trying to protect.

I just don't know but a lot of you just strike me as fat and lazy. So continue eating your super foods and let's see where it takes you.
