I'd feel bad for the non lactose tolerant people there.
Papa Johns pizza donated 100,000 pizzas to the people at the Astrodome!
and have created around 100 jobs for the refugees as well!!
PROPS TO PAPA JOHNS!!!
you have created a customer for LIFE!!!
I'd feel bad for the non lactose tolerant people there.
Papa Johns Pizza kicks ass anyway...Now even moreso
Agreed.
They also had about 12 hundred employees working round the clock to make more too.
Papa Johns is the best now no question.
All praise be to Papa Johns, i am now a customer for life too, their pizza is the bomb
Good, now they can't force me to order Domino's any more. I hate Domino's. :vomit![]()
Man, I great tired of Papa Johns when I had 2 roomates working there. I don't think even this can change that, but props.
thats it. I'm switching to papa johns.
I've been having so many problems with Domino's lately......
From this moment on I'm a dedicated papa johns customer!!
Let's celebrate with a pizza!

Thin Crust With Double Pepperoni...I'll order..
thin crust itallian meatball hold the onions and peppers please![]()
I'm always a cynic to "donations" like this. If it was out of the good of your heart, why name the business? Just deliver the pizzas.
100K pizzas is a cheap price to pay for the type of publicity Papa John's is getting.
Big props to Pappa Johns but I still like pizza hut better. Just my opinion so dont try to change it.
Good thing Summers Eve did not send 100.000 Duches.
Did PJ's name themselves or were they named by the media coverage?
Yeah. Big difference.
I'm sure the media just covered it when PJ pizzas arrived.
Why not? If I had been stuck in that nasty environment for this long and unable to bathe....I'd kill for even a little freshness.![]()
If the media says
"Papa Johns has donated"
Does that mean they are advertising themselves?
Should they be donating the food in plain boxes and plain clothes??
I agree though with the companies that make these donations, they try to do it for publicity purposes..
well I'm sure it was hard to miss all the PJ delivery cars adn trucks showing up at the Astrodome.......even if they didn't announce it (which i don;t know either way) it was gonna get out what company was responsible.
The media named it....and it would have been easy to determine anyhow, as I'm sure they'd all came in Papa John boxes. Unless they were supposed to go buy a bunch of plain, non-descript ones?
Whether naive or not, I just like to think that people do things out of their goodness of their heart and leave it at that. It's not worth another thought...other than a whole 'lot of hungry people got something to eat.
Papa John's is my favorite anyway....and now you can even pay online. I like Pizza Hut too, but their internet capabilities have not extended to letting me order online yet.![]()
Well people, whether they did it for publicity or not, they did it. So major props to them. I'm sure the people receiving the pizzas don't give a hoot what the reasons were.
1Large Ham and green pepper
1Large Pepperoni, sausage and mushroom
1 2-liter Fanta
