Board's really funny sometimes. The dude showed up in 2 straight Junes, stop trashing him just because of the 2 games that we lost not even because of his play.

Some of you are better off cheering regular season players like Jimmy Butler, Klay Thompson, Gordan Hayward etc2 that haven't proven in the playoffs yet.

Just SpursTalk bashing on the team that SpursTalk is supposed to bash. No surprises here, really....

Seriously though, the only thing making this season more frustrating is all of the ing whiners around this place who act like they've never been there before.

Right now he's definitely Kawai-not. I'm sure he'll snap out of it.

    Not doubting Kahwi. Tbh

He's just not the second coming of Pippen that many short bus riders here think he is

I'll be happy if Kawhi starts becoming the next coming of the matrix. be alright book it

Kawhi needs to take this off season and get with the best dribbling coaches in the world. Just drills with the ball over and over. People coming at him trying to take the ball. Practicing his cross over, etc. Kawhi has all the physical tools. He already works hard. He will be as good as he wants to be.

I'm not doubting because I never believe like some ST posters do,. tbh. He will never be a franchise player, he will never be a superstar, he will never be the #1 or #2 of a contender. Even being the #3 is serious doubtful, tbh. Spurstalk posters are so mercurial. FMVP doesn't means in a team like the spurs. He is a great player, but he will never be the player some fools are hopeful.

He was already the #2 to Duncan last year's run. In 2013, only him and Timmy brought the balls in game 7 also. At 23 years old.

Disagree. He was average in the Dallas and Portland series. Inconsistent in the okc series. And he only showed up in games 3-5 in the finals.

Not worried about Kawhi. I'm more concerned about the fatass cancer playing the point guard position. Should have let Tony go and signed Lowry instead in the summer. If we're going to have a fat point guard on the team, I'd rather it be one that can actually help the team win games.

Strange, isn't it? Curry face s Parker hard and the Enrique fans want to blame a guy getting paid 3 mil on the roster. Meanwhile, their idol is the highest paid player on the team at $13 mil/year(with $45 mil still to come) and scores 2 points against a rival point guard who drops 25/11/4/4 on him.

i agree with op. prior to game 3 he was asked about his slow start in the finals. he said, "we'll see what kind of player i am." he went to on to win FMVP.

Btw im not trying to turn against Parker. Yah he has been so ing bad but so has the restof the team. Splitter and Diaw worry me a lot, we can win without mvparker but we need these 2 to win.

As to the thread, glad to see kawhi believers

I know, Pippen never matched up against the best player in the game and won a Finals MVP. He played with him instead.

(In all seriousness, we'd be so lucky if he were ever to sniff how good Pippen was)
