Look who we will deal with again for two years.

The Arab Spring had unintended consequences. The lack of any sort of stability in the region gives BB the win.

at the made up drama of him trailing in the polls.

They really know how to put up a show. No wonder lots of Jewish folks are directors.

Bibi was never in any danger of losing.

Because they are not surrounded by nations that lack Judeo-Christian ethics for one.
Thats a tough neighborhood, no one really knows who runs the show...
Tough dealing with countries who speak thru multiple groups. The Republicans should understand this, as bypassing Obama on Iran makes us less credible.

That right there is the problem with having more than two political parties running in Govt...you get extremists like Bibi who can 'steal' elections with way less than a majority of the public even backing him....sad, sad situation for Israel....

Who knew God cares more about international politics than all the sin that goes on on a daily basis in America?

    Israel Spied on Iran Talks
    Last edited Tue Mar 24, 2015, 02:29 AM - Edit history (1)
    Source: Wall Street Journal

Soon after the U.S. and other major powers entered negotiations last year to curtail Iran’s nuclear program, senior White House officials learned Israel was spying on the closed-door talks.

The spying operation was part of a broader campaign by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to penetrate the negotiations and then help build a case against the emerging terms of the deal, current and former U.S. officials said. In addition to eavesdropping, Israel acquired information from confidential U.S. briefings, informants and diplomatic contacts in Europe, the officials said.

The espionage didn’t upset the White House as much as Israel’s sharing of inside information with U.S. lawmakers and others to drain support from a high-stakes deal intended to limit Iran’s nuclear program, current and former officials said.

“It is one thing for the U.S. and Israel to spy on each other. It is another thing for Israel to steal U.S. secrets and play them back to U.S. legislators to undermine U.S. diplomacy,” said a senior U.S. official briefed on the matter.

The spying is expected. It's how Israel used the information which is a problem here

Their attempt to undermine the president of a nation they're supposed to be allied with by spreading this information to the U.S. congress, while negotiations are still actively taking place, was a major breach of ethics. If it turns out France was behind this, they've just earned the same untrustworthy status as Netanyahu.

This is a tangled up mess of international proportions which should never have taken place, and could possibly have future repercussions on relations.

Spying on the administration isn't gonna make Bibi many friends...Bibi has just assured that Obama will never give a green light letting Israel attack Iran while he is in the White House...without the backing of the US, Israel and Bibi are a neutered dog...

When a country tries to negotiate a treaty it's best to speak with a unified voice.
The Israelis have used the Palestinian lack of unity to break them.
You think we could pick up on this diplomatic fact if we really want to be trusted.
The Republicans have opened the door to Congress negotiating separate treaties... this is not a good idea.
We have had some very useful treaties in the past that have saved us tons of money and lowered tensions.

And we have let a foreign country basically run our political business in a very blatant manner. This is a horrible pathway. Politicians on the take from foreign countries, I believe this could warrant treasonous acts. This of course is not new, but the blatant nature should be alarming for both parties. If one does not like a treaty, submarine it. Let's make negotiating impossible shall we?

AIPAC, the Jewish Big Money mafia, owns a big part of Congress.

    MX and CA don't.

That's why Repugs grovel before Aidelson, etc, for his $100Ms.

You guys realize that more than 20% of voting Israeli citizens are Muslim Arabs, right? It IS possible for Jews and Muslims to live in peace together when the Arabs aren't committed to wiping them out.

This is a HUGE problem for the party of BB. This is why they really wanted a two state solution. The Israelis wanted to cordone off as many Arabs in the West Bank as they can. They want a Jewish State. They see the demographics with the Arabs. They would rather all Arabs votes be moved to another State.
