I love Salmon if it's done right. Also Swordfish. For something lighter, Trout or Redfish. It's all good though.

I only eat what I catch so in order of favorites: dorado, halibut, yellowtail, bluefin, yellowfin, albacore. When in Hawaii mongchong tops all of these.

They had Steelhead Trout on sale at HEB. It was really good, a lot like salmon but with a milder flavor.

Only fish I've ever ordered out would be fish tacos. I fish too much to waste money on store bought fish shipped in from who knows where. I've got a freezer full of bluefin and dorado from the summer and am still catching yellowtail.

Yeah, I tried that at Red Lobster but they put too much butter on it. The biscuits were awesome though.
