NBA: So Why Does TNT Only Allow White Men To Facilitate / Moderate The Show

So I get it that Ernie Johnson has his 3 black side kicks...but when he's out like last night why not let Charles or Shaq be the host / moderator....and if you dont trust Shaq or Charles why only bring in white guys to fill in for Ernie..Ive noticed this over the years....ok I will admit Charles and Shaq would be total disasters on the level of Chernobyl but you cant tell me Kenny isnt capable or responsible enough...by there are plenty of Smart brothers who can Moderate the show....such as Kobe, Webber, or Greg Anthony Timmy could surely do it...

Kirby would be an even worse commentator than Shaq. Take Shaq's massive ego and thin skin, ratchet it up by 1000, and you have Kirbs' personality. And he's even less funny than Shaq.
