Yeah why go anywhere. He'll be stuck at 2 for a long time.
Why did he opt out now though instead of next summer?
Yeah, he's gonna hold Gilbert's feet to the fire. Can never get enough payback, eh, James? Nance, Jr., cites Kobe's rape on the Internet and Kobe grants him immediate absolution. Not James, gotta grind honkie's face in it. Begs for Love, gets Love, then queries in a hoochie-coochie grass skirt "What's Love got to do with it?"

If LeBron signed a max deal w/ Cleveland last summer - the max he could have signed for would have been only 4 years and approx $89 million

This. It's not like they can upgrade the team much if the re-sign Love.
he wants another two all-stars to stack the deck
Good for him. With his limited brain power, high school "education", declining athleticism, and the fact that he'll lose all of his money in a couple years after he retires, he needs to stock up as much money as possible to stave off becoming Antoine Walker.
Lebroom Stan crucified Kobe for taking more money and complaining about help, but have no problem when LeBroom does it![]()
Ugh, Lebron took his money and got to the finals. If Kobe was good enough to take his money and drag no one to the finals then everyone would be cool. But you can't be a terrible player, take all the money KNOWING you need help to reach a finals, then complain.
A terrible player would lose 4 goddamn times in the finals after having a cakewalk to the finals most of his career.
That doesn't make any sense and has nothing to do with the point you tried to make with regards to Kobe.
Neither does yours. "It's okay for LeBron to demand more money and better teammates at the same time, though he lost in the finals"![]()
It'd a been 5, , it was 5 until Amy showed up with a writ.
(Off of LeBron's miss) "Rebound, Bosh, back out to Allen ...Hits three pointer, bannnnnnnnnnnngggg, tie gameeeee!!!!"
