So people aren't jumping into this one. Conservatives don't want to talk about the (obvious) racism displayed, and liberals are shying away because of the gun-right they don't agree with being violated.
This video has something to piss off every American, frankly. Should be protesting there.

We'll see if the police, DA's, prosecutors check for gun permits of each Bandido and Cossack, if they are deadbeat dads, missed a court appearance, traffic tickets, previous convictions, etc, etc.

The first is in Albany Oregon. The second is in a different state. We don;t know if it's true the sate has the same laws.

Two completely different situations as you already said, white guy is a known open carrier who trolls cops constantly. I don't see the racism and can find plenty of videos of white guys open carrying being treated the same way as the black guy.
By the way these open carry guys, I can't stand how they parade around and make videos.

First was a known gun rights advocate in Oregon, cop just stopped to ask him why he's stupid.
Second was Gabriel Nobles carrying in a bad neighborhood in Nevada. Cops were responding to a call of a black male with a gun.
I think he was still treated poorly by police but the racism isn't as cut and dry as the video tries to show.

So basically if he did this in his town as often as the white guy he'd be questioned and let go in the same manner.
