His lawsuit against his former financial adviser continues.
San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan was in federal court Wednesday for a hearing in his lawsuit against his former financial adviser.
Duncan is suing Charles Banks for allegedly making personal gains off of his investments while Duncan saw nothing.
Banks is also accused of ordering one of his company's to withhold a 20 percent fee from what Duncan was owed.
Duncan also said that Banks used his signature to sign off on loans without his knowledge.
The Spurs all-star is seeking at least $1 million in relief plus exemplary damages.
No chance he keeps venue in Texas.

Jesus Gomez gives Tim a 70 percent chance of returning after this news.
Of course, Gomez also thinks Timmy is 38, not 39. How do reporters miss these things?
I think Tim;s lawyer is referring to a new game coming out in the Fall called Immortal Wombat. When Tim starts gaming he needs several months to play without distractions.
i want to try wearing that jacket and seeing how it fits on me lol
Damn... Jim looks homeless.
Probably just what the lawyers were going for. Obviously the man needs money.
