you cant copyright or patent an idea. but you would patent an invention, trademark the name of the invention

I haven't smoked since 2010 and I wouldn't design something that needs no modification in my view.

This idea I have is a 50,000 to 5,000,000 dollar payoff. I can guarantee if anyone was to get a patent on this they would make as much as the spinner wheels inventor easy,
in fact if I told you what it was you would go withdraw the 5,000 it takes for the patent application fee today.

Shark Tank provides investors my Invention only needs a patent I don't want to get ripped off like Tesla did what I have is already sold for no less than a Million dollars
when I post what it is you will understand why, the Patent fee is 5,000 dollars that was the cheapest I could find. You would think someone would want 50% of my Patent.

I'm going Thursday to the post office to send a copy of the diagram / design to copyright office at least I will have some sort of validation when I finally do get ed later,

Spent a large part of the day on Google seeking investors on a patent you would be surprised how many firms out there are ready to bend you over.

Finally I got smart and contacted Chris Duel. A man with 5,000 in the bank and is married to an attorney what more can one ask for?
