Where are you clicking? If you click on the Superdome or the elevated surface surrounding it, you get 0 feet (as both were dry).
If you click on the road running by the Superdome, it shows 2.9 feet of water.
Well, you have to zoom in and click the street.
No data is available if you click the grey area.
